We want you to love your OBJKTS Jewelry, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all pieces are unworn and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely place your jewelry in its original box and pouch, ensuring the package is sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
