How long does shipping take?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, we provide a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or tarnishing caused by improper care.
